I’m Pamela Bambaren, Founder of Level Lab, an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach with several years of experience working in the talent and organizational development space - consulting both externally and internally for Fortune 500 companies.
My focus is facilitating the development of businesses through simplified talent approaches and uncovering the untapped growth possibilities. I create sustainable change with lasting results that not only improve financial performance but also support companies navigate change, execute their talent strategy and attract, engage and retain their talent. Ultimately, the bottom-line impact is just as important as the overall journey and experience.
My passion is to serve as a catalyst for change and empowerment, I partner with individuals supporting them to create the life he or she really wants to live. In my personalized coaching, I work with individuals who seek personal transformation by boosting their confidence and building more self-awareness. The work gets done at the core of the individual, directly tackling the blocks that inhibit the individual from taking action. My coaching approach leaves clients empowered with effective skills, greater satisfaction with various aspects of their life and enhanced performance.
